When a worker is severely injured or killed on the job, it doesn’t just affect them – it affects their entire family. Thinking about the future is put off, and when the time comes, the cost of higher education can be well out of reach.

That’s where Kids’ Chance can help. Their 49 state-level nonprofit organizations provide scholarships to children of workers who have been seriously or fatally injured on the job. Cumulatively, since their inception in 1988, Kids’ Chance organizations have awarded over 8,700 scholarships totaling over $30 million dollars.
