Multiple Chemical Sensitivity Syndrome (MCS), Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), and Fibromyalgia (FMA) all share several features. These conditions are collections of subjective symptoms that occur together frequently enough to be recognized as Syndromes. There are no known objective physical exam, laboratory, or imaging test abnormalities to correlate with these symptoms. Many of the patients with these syndromes allege disability, and occasionally some need to be evaluated for impairment.
